These guys do an excellent job!
My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). The repair is excellent new and shiny better than before. Good job guys.

It's now been 10+ years and I'm simply blown away by how well their work has held up. Collector car driven over 15k kms over the years and still receives compliments for the paintwork.
Rebuilt bumper that was no longer available, invited to see progress every few days, really kept my stress level down.
Shop is full of top quality equipment, experienced staff and their integrity has shown through.

Cari provides wonderful service. She was beyond patient with us as first time buyers trying to find our way in this messed up market. It took over two years and sooo many changes to our plans, but Cari was always there, willing to answer all our questions and find a way to make it work. I stayed at lakeview homes this past summer with my family. We have 5 kids, plus my parents and a visiting nefew! The house was perfect for us, spacious for all the kids, (and even a ping pong table!) clean and such amazing view! We had such a blast going into the backyard for early morning kayaking before heading out for the day, and usually again when we came home. IT was such a special trip, and being on the lake really added to
our vacation. My kids still talk about it months later- we hope

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.
