There are a lot of good, trustworthy mechanics out there, but there are far more unscrupulous people who will take you for whatever they can. Andy, at Speed Tech, is not just good, he's about as honest as you'll find. He's more likely to tell you that you DON'T need to replace something; and instead, provide you with a much smaller quote, while ensuring that you're getting either the OEM part you need, or the best value for your dollar for aftermarket parts. He'll even refer you to other shops.

I had my brakes, tires and alignment done with Tom and it was the greatest experience I've ever had at a mechanics shop. He didn't try to up sale or add any extras. Just fair service. I would recommend Tom and his team to anyone!

I am an engine builder for over 45 years now. I use Gord for all my machining and some sub-assemblies. Why use Gord, when there are other shops much closer? Because he does the work right every time. Between Gord and I we have built over 20 engines and 40 cylinder heads. This is for vintage race engines on a finicky twin cam engine...I have never had a complaint about the quality or level of service. This is a busy shop. Be prepared to wait in line. But be assured you will not get a better job.

I have an old car a 2010 Mitsubishi outlander. They were at least two holes in the exhaust & two shops couldn’t find parts. Pete’s was able to make a custom stainless steel exhaust at a very reasonable price and my car runs like new. I am super grateful for their professional work.
