So I did when I went to the store it was like he new me for years he treated me like family do you need a drink or candy or coffee. Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! Exquisite work,and phenomenal service provided. That is what you get with a family run business exemplary service

Jo is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful about beads - a true beadologist! I love going to her shop and browsing her world of beads. She has an incredible array of jewelry, including necklaces, earrings and hair ornaments. Also noteworthy are the glasses chains that she makes. An incredible BEADFEST of possibilities.
