I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

European Massage & Physio Therapy Center is the best physio I have ever gone to. They took me in quick, staff is friendly and booking is easy. I absolutely appreciate the booking process, you receive a call to confirm appointment and a text message 2 hours before. Facility is very clean and tidy. Staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Physio therapists are amazing in making sure you understand procedures and treatments and explain how the mechanics work which is very useful as well

Dr. Shawna Skryzlo, Doctor of Chiropractic - is exceptional! I began seeing Dr. Skryzlo due to lower back pain. She helped me so much that I started bringing my two children (16 & 12) to see her. Dr. Skryzlok is extremely knowledgeable and her true concern for my overall health and my children's health keeps us visiting her for proactive treatment.

I would like to thank everyone at APT Medical Aesthetics. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years. They are great and professional and they have always treated me as a friend rather than a customer. From the beginning Pat took the time to explain to me procedure and what to expect. A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!

I was looking for a hydraulic lift table for my motorcycle, that is when I bought the pentalift 10L series hydraulic lift table. I am no mechanic, but it is perfect for me to adjust and remove parts, change oil, polish the rims and all. It is available for a modest price and is solid and sturdy. I am extremely happy with the quality of the lift and would recommend anyone to buy it.
