My Wife and I stopped here this morning at 4am to get a $1.05 coffee and somehow got my car stuck on the adjacent roadway. I walked up to the drive through window and explained that I was in need of a shovel.The staff smiled and did something unexpected which went beyond what is expected of any employee. Not 5 minutes later another gentleman came out with a shovel and dug me out getting me on my way, also refusing payment. In my embarrassment I forgot to get their names, SORRY. Forever grateful
