Dwight and his team have been my go to mechanics for years, not only do they go above and beyond every time, Dwight dignosed a dangerouse stalling problem when two other garages could not figure it out. I can always talk directly to him about my car rather than having to explain to some one at a front desk. No middle man.
oil change and servicing are thourough, and are reasonably priced. Dwight is honest and never tries to talk me in to work that is not necessary.

Lana was the only one who put us on a waiting list and then actually called us when a unit came available. She is amazing! We loved that our wordly possessions were secure and in a clean facility. I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

Came here on a road trip when one of my tires had a slow leak. The guy helped us out immediately even though he was on a lunch. Super nice guy and helped me with exactly what I needed. If I lived in the area this would be the place I would go to take my car.

I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

My wife and I contacted your company to move from Duncan to Lake Cowichan. They arrived on time. The crew consisted of John, Travis and Brandon. Having had experience myself in the moving industry, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, and the speed with which they completed the move.
