My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company.
