Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Used their services for a small printing work for the first time yesterday. The phone quote was competitive. I could upload the word file easily on their website after hours. Email confirmation with order number was almost instant. I received job complete and ready for pick up email early morning today 4 hours before promised time.
