Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

I highly recommend this place for your furniture and appliance needs . Lori and her staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding to.your needs. I first rented an item when I was a single mom on my own and they were very helpful. And many years later still a customer and recommend to friends and family. I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

Very grateful for Dr Cole and team! Helpful and kind. Obvious they genuinely care about their furry friends. We brought our golden pup to him for puppy checks and his complicated neuter. Very pleased to have a vet we can trust and will continue using for our dogs future needs. Grateful!
