I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Both my son & myself were sick. Our family doctor was not available so I found 9212 Yonge Medical Centre. The clinic is clean and new, there was no line up and we were in to see a doctor within 15 minutes. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a medical clinic before.
