I first rented an item when I was a single mom on my own and they were very helpful. And many years later still a customer and recommend to friends and family. I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!

I had a totally wonderful experience w/ these people & I'm v. grateful. I'm a Toronto woman so I was not familiar w/ the roads up here. On this mid-Nov night fresh snow started coming down. I was leaving from a retreat & I got caught, past midnight, on an uphill. I was fortunate to call these guys. Exactly 45min later, as advised, their wonderful friendly driver Andrew showed up. By then, more snow had fallen & w/ his guidance I was able to turn the car around. He was so kind & helpful! TY guys!

Went for my husbands bday. Reserved on line and told them. Was hoping he would get a dessert but nothing. Good food but no water given and no bread before food. A little pricey. Good service.
