Haven't used a taxi in years but had to use twice today. Booked in advance. Dispatcher was nice to deal with. Drivers arrived on time. Cab was decent. Drivers were pleasant and friendly. Paid cash and got seniors discount. Overall, I am pleased with Deluxe Taxi.

I really appreciate the team at Krown. I was given a nice hello by the guys getting the cars ready. The staff inside looked after after me immediately. Excellent customer service. Dr David Sharer was my denturist when he was in Oshawa. I came all the way from Oshawa just to see him, as I needed a relining of my upper denture. He did, as usual, an amazing job. I was very appalled at the condition of the floors and the plexiglass between the tables. With the restaurant been closed for so long due to covid, you would think a deep clean would have been done.
