I came to Dr. DeLange with crippling foot problems so severe that my work was in jeopardy. When I take my vehicle to Fairley and Stevens I know my vehicle will be fixed right and the service personnel from the greeter to the advisor and service manager they cant do enough for you. Fast; friendly; affordable. We had an issue with our old chimney that was a likely safety risk (possible C02 exposure). Ace came the same day we called to give an estimate. Ken gave us a very competitive price quote on the spot and said he could fit us into his busy schedule within the next week, which was great. He texted me shortly after and said he re-scheduled one of his other jobs so that he could prioritize our job. He installed the chimney the very next business day! Thank you!

Second renovation with Jamie Gillis (Gillis Residential Renovators) and we are thrilled. We had a beautiful new deck built that everyone (including us) has raved about. Shane designed our new composite pool deck - his designs and suggestions were well thought out and the end result was truly more than we could have asked for. He suggested a raised dining area with lighting vs. one level - it was still under budget and the difference really was outstanding. We are glad to have taken his advice he really does have an eye for detail.

Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.
