I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

Great experience dealing with Shawn (Kraun Electrician). He was punctual, professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He rates well above a five star review. I also requested and received a free estimate on the rewiring of my home. It is refreshing to have a young professional who worked diligently and completed the job perfectly.

Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with. my Mom had an issue with carpenter ants. She is a senior with memory issues in a condo unit. Brian came in and treated her with patience and respect. He sprayed for the issue and she did not have any more problems. I would recommend his service.

Our visit was fantastic at Speedy Auto Service St Catharines. Went there with a broken exhaust. We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. We were there for 40mins and cost us $210 only. We were amazed by the honesty and customer service. Highly recommended.
