The tow driver, Dave, was really helpful and friendly. I don't live in Bracebridge and had no idea where to have my vehicle towed after it was unable to move after he jumped the battery. Dave offered several options and kept the situation positive which let me stay focused and relaxed.

Great experience from beginning to end. Tom, whom i met in the show room, attended on site several times prior to recommending appropriate fireplace choices and meticulously measured and remeasured to ensure an optimal outcome. Patient, informed and friendly he was a pleasure to deal with.
The crew, Joe and Jesse, who installed the fireplace unit, which was a challenging installation, were superb craftsmen who demonstrated a deep devotion to their craft and did a wonderful job!

I took an 80+ year old piano stool to Ian that had two broken spindles after we foolishly loaned to it (former) friends. Ian was able to duplicate the spindles on a lathe and amazingly match the colour of this antique heirloom. Highly recommended! Thank you Ian.

Dr Gelderbloem is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, intelligent and an absolutely genuine human being. I called a few places and Loft Doors was the obvious choice!! They make the doors specifically for your opening, so they fit perfect. It helped block alot of sound in my house and added privacy as well. Highly recommended

This the third time in a couple of months that Muskoka Rent-all has helped me out big time. One time on my Ariens snow blower, another time on my Honda Snowblower and now my Rapala 43 cc Blackice auger. The service counter was very helpful in all 3 occasions and would solution driven to my issues. I really appreciate it!!!

In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. It was a pleasure to interact with this “team”. They were friendly and so easy to talk to. We had every confidence that they would do a good job. They did not disappoint.
