I have regular meds that aren’t covered under my drug plan.
So for these meds I have to pay cash for, it gets costly, very costly. They try to find the most economical way to go about it, without compromising quality/safety. The dispensing fee is a lot less than most competitors. And if you communicate with them about what your affordability is, they’ll do their best to work with you. Even if you need it outside of their hours. They work with you. They deliver. They’re great!!!

I switched pharmacy from Shoppers to Cherryhill Pharmacy and couldn't be happier with the care received! Shoppers has gotten too big and not personable any longer. Free blister packaging, NO dispensing fee (if you're a Senior) with attention to customer service. Rutu (pharmacist) is very professional and lovely to deal with and I hope you give this new pharmacy a 2nd look...you won't be disappointed:) Cheers!

I have been using Chapmans for all of my pharmacy needs since 1996 and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been willing to go that "extra mile" to see that all my medication and pharmacy are met. My husband has some serious health issues, so it is a good feeling to know that I can count on the staff at Chapmans to ensure that his refill reminders are handled on time, and all medications are available when needed. I wasn't planning to write a review but the very negative one popped up and I felt compelled to respond. I have been dealing with Bev and the previous pharmacist at this pharmacy for over a decade on some tricky issues. They have ALWAYS been extraordinarily pleasant. I hope the earlier reviewer will give them a second chance.

Great service! My current pharmacy could not fill a prescription for 3 weeks for a drug I was currently using and could not interrupt. We called Philbrook Pharmacy and Ming confirmed they had the drug we required and after having the other pharmacy transfer the order, Philbrook filled the order within an hour and called us for pickup.

I have always received the help I needed. At 72 years old and now living with type 2 Diabetes,the Pharmacy has been extremely helpful and pleasant in filling my prescriptions and explaining these drugs. Special thanks to Zsa Zsa for her caring thoroughness. A wonderful cashier also took the time to explain Optimum Points Program to me on my last visit.?

You know what you dont get much of nowadays is good SERVICE and FRIENDLY PEOPLE. If you are looking for both this is the place. I could only give them a 5 star because that is the highest you can give them. But to me they are a.10

Highly recommend. I used to go to a big box pharmacy. I switched to after having some issues at the big box. This pharmacy has knowledgeable staff, friendly service and is a more intimate setting where I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask questions. A true gem in the downtown core. !!
