Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about the impecable service provided.

Have been going to this pharmacy for several years. I particularly like Joyte, Pharmacist who always says hello when I come in and has an interest in my health and well-being. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I need a prescription filled right away, they are on it.

Elijah does not mind taking the time to explain your prescription, or give you answers to any other questions you may have, and all in a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere! I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone
