Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

Vital Health Pharmacy stands above other pharmacies because they treat you like family. What a pleasure to deal with Mohamed as he is always smiling and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. He always has time to listen to your concerns and tries to find solutions. I much prefer his personal touch to that of the larger drug stores in the Western Communities. Also, I discovered today that he is authorized to. give you the vaccinations which are required for travel to foreign countries. This saves the considerable expense of going to a Travel Clinic.

Pharmacy department is outstanding for their knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. A special thank you to Breanne D who has made my life so much easier these past two months with issues I have had regarding my mother's prescriptions. She has definitely gone above and beyond, especially when she pointed out to us that she could not in good conscience fill one of the prescriptions without talking to my mother's doctor...who ended up lowering the dosage as per her suggestion.

Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about the impecable service provided.

The best service I've ever had in a pharmacy. I am a name there, not a number. I've been going there for a long time because of that. Not to mention that they're always looking out for MY best interest, not their own! Very quick despensing time too! Never a long line up, (unlike the big wholesalers and grocers)!

I went to this Dawson Pharmacy for the 3rd dose. When approached the store I was greeted by 2 cheerful staffs who were very polite and helpful. After telling the staffs of my intention, I was led to a room for my vaccine. It took about a few seconds and I actually felt nothing uncomfortable . The place was clean and well organized. I fully recommend for those who are taking the vaccine injection.
