The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. They go out of their way to be helpful. The offer delivery where needed. Many of the staff have worked there for years and know many of the customers well. We have been using them for over 30 years and have had no 'bad' experience.

Excellent pharmacy!! Steve went out of his way to help me get what I needed, and super fast with getting my things ready,I went back a month later,but Steve wasn't there that time, I met Greg,and he was super fast as well with getting my things ready!! He made me crack up a few times, it's great going there, definitely would recommend!!!

I’ve been coming to this neighbourhood shoppers for 13 years. The pharmacy team is infinitely patient and always have time for questions. It’s small but well stocked and clean. I will miss this little shoppers when I move away from the neighbourhood

I was unhappy with the a pharmacy I had gone to for 2 years. I finally changed to the Northgate Safeway Pharmacy. The staff and service here are top notch - courteous helpful knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone and everyone. Thanks to a great staff! Bonnie

The pharmacists here have looked after 3 generations of my family so well! They���re never too busy to be friendly, to make sure we understand our medications, and to double check prescriptions for accuracy. They were so kind to my elderly mom during her final years, and helped make sure she was able to take the right meds at the right time. We moved out of Mission, but we still get our prescriptions here.

Honestly the best pharmacy I've ever tried - staff know you, don't pry into personal details or try to usurp your doctor, are friendly, and even get prescriptions early! I've had to use 5+ pharmacies in Calgary in the past or for compounds but this one is my favourite by far. I finally feel comfortable getting the medicine I need :)

My favourite pharmacy. The staff are so very friendly and make you feel part of the family. I thoroughly recommend them if you want a great pharmacy that puts the customer first and staff that really look out to provide the very best help they can. It's also very handy to have a Canada post office in the same premises for all postage needs as well as some gorgeous high quality gifts etc too.

Ibrahim the pharmacist is very knowledgeable, patient and offers wonderful customer service. If you need a vaccine, this is the place to go. My first vaccine was at a well known chain, Rx Pharmacy on 44th Ave is 101% times better. You won't even fill the injection. :)

I witnessed a customer have a temper tantrum over a B12 injection. I felt so terrible! In all the covid term oil there’s still selfish people out there who go out of their way to be miserable to others. The woman demanded he stop the life saving covid injections so she could have her B12 injection. Unbelievable! She actually said “so covid takes presidence over B12?” He offered her a 6pm appointment too, but she wanted hers NOW! Rude! Good job pharmacy staff! Don’t let these people get to you!
