This pub is absolutely one of my favorites. Easy to walk to from the LRT and bus stops and in the trendy Stephen Ave area, its atmosphere is awesome. The prices are competitive and specials are on everyday of the week. It is certainly one of the most affordable pubs out there - serving $6 Caesars even on Saturdays. With live music, too, its a busy and energetic place. Definitely recommend it!

Servicing the business sector of downtown Calgary, West Restaurant is a great place to have lunch with colleagues or clients. The atmosphere is very modern and populated with business clientele, the service is quick, the pricing is reasonable, and the food is delicious.
The only challenge I had was that I didn't make a reservation for lunch, and at 11:30 it was very busy and our table of 3 just about did not get in. There isn't any signage in ScotiaBank (as of posting May 21, 2010) as to where to go, at least I couldn't see it, so you have to make your way to the 2nd floor to enter the restaurant.
Overall, I would visit West restaurant again.

Dickens est un pub convivial. Venez vous détendre au bar après vos activités. Dickens Pub est ouvert en soirée tous les jours de la semaine. L'accès est aisé par transport en commun, ainsi que par vélo. Ils sont établis dans un secteur ou l'on retrouve de nombreux restaurants et magasins.

Ichirock Raku est un restaurant chaleureux. L'atmosphère de ce pub est décontractée. Leur bar est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un verre. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert en soirée du lundi au samedi et en journée durant les fins de semaine. Vous pouvez vous y rendre facilement par transport en commun ou vélo et venez explorer ce voisinage coloré reconnu pour sa vie nocturne. Un service de livraison est disponible.
