Olmani Development has worked on my 107 year old home for the last 15 plus years.
Nick has the skill, talent and willingness to tackle a wide range of renovations and solve problems inherent in an old home. He provides good recommendations and advice and comes with excellent relationships with suppliers and sub trades.
I have referred Nick and his team to many, many friends and neighbors and they have loved working with him. Jobs are done very well and on time. I highly recommend him!

Ray has worked with and for us for over 10 years. He has: renovated the kitchen, including replacing a supporting wall with a beam, redone 3 bathrooms, installed bamboo flooring (including a stairway), redid ceilings and ceiling lights throughout the house. On the outside he reframed our roof, repaired rotting wood behind stucco walls, and rebuilt 2 large decks and fences. In short, he has reconstructed much of the house. As another person wrote, he solves problems!

I have only 500 characters for this review, so here is the short and skinny of it:
1)He is HONEST (does not just replace anything in sight).
2)He provided us with almost daily email updates.
3)He LISTENS and provides you with his thoughts and all costs involved EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
4)ATTENTION TO DETAIL. My back deck is put together better than before (newer material AND proper construction).
5)Would I hire him again? I wouldn't hire anyone else.
