I fully concur with all the positive reviews that others have left here regarding Joaquin's work and that of his team. He is extremely responsive and easy to work with, provides clear estimates and is very accommodating to work flexibly with your needs. We had an excellent fireplace update, including built in shelving, and he also carried out work to install kitchen backsplash, update our powder room and customise our entryway. Great guy, great value, great end product.

We bought an older home last year and the basement was not finished. We decided it was time to have a complete basement with a kitchen. Price was fair, always on time, friendly, really knew what they were doing and with no surprises as they kept on working.

I hired ALDA CONSTRUCTION to do my Foundation leak as well as make repairs to my roof. They did a great job both issues were fixed and we then hired them to makover our main bathroom.

Amazing!!! Everything about this company is fantastic. Knowledgeable team, quick replies, very organized, very professional. We couldn't have asked for a better contracting company to renovate our bathroom. They did such a great job that we are planning on having them back to do our second bathroom. We hired Darrell and Cayman Construction to renovate our bathroom and upgrade our main floor. We are so pleased with Darrell's attention to detail, his tidy work area and his communication skills that we are having him back to renovation our upstairs.
