We had a great experience with CRS! Finishing our basement was something weve wanted to do since we purchased the house and we found CRS working on another house in our neighborhood. The service was Great from the start to finish....I liked that they came to give you a quote and took the time to talk with you and allow you to ask any questions without any pressure to go with them. We made a date for the roof to be done and they showed up on the day ready to work and were done in one day as promised and left everything very clean....you would not know they were there except for the beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Very classy gentlemen who do excellent quality work and are respectful and kind to one another and also the customer. They complete the job with all the details requested and provide fair value for work done. They might not have glossy brochures about their company, but their work explains everything. They have done three jobs at our house and my wife and I are happy. Highly recommend to anyone.

We had some water issues in our basement which resulting in needing repairs. George and his crew were just incredible! George came out the same day I called and worked diligently with our insurance company to get the job done ASAP. The work was exceptional and the crew were professional and friendly. I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Not sure about the other two customers but the experience that we had and our friends had with epic wood was great , I am also a contractor and what I do know is you can't please all customers , not sure the story behind these other two but I know of at least 35 happy customers of epic wood as we refer him all the time to my own clients and friends, and will continue to refer him.
