Carl just finished turning my basement into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, upgrading it into a legal rental basement apartment. He went to City Hall multiple times to ensure all work was done to the standard of the municipality and completed the job on time, very close to the budget he quoted me (it is an 1960s home so of course there were more issues when we tore down the drywall). Carl was kind, professional, punctual and I would recommend his work to anyone in the region.

Ian did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovations. He took a tired & old looking bathroom & made it modern & very stylish. He renovated our back step (originally cement/concrete) & installed a wooden deck & steps. His work is amazing & professional! He also gave my brother excellent advice for the smaller renovations around the house. Thanks Ian - you know we will recommend you (we have already given your name to several people)! We hired Nu Image Contracting to tile our backsplash and reo-do the counters in the kitchen. Their work also included a new sink and faucet. Jim and Janice completed a main floor remodel for us including a bathroom reno. Excellent workmanship and professionally done. Jim is very conscious and always had time to answer our questions. He arrived on time daily and ready to go. He remained on budget and has a flexible payment schedule. I can highly recommend both Jim and Janice, they were awesome. We will be calling them again for another job.

The crew were friendly, and polite, and went to my neighbours to ensure they knew any cleanup of shingles and nails would be done, and it was fastidiously. They were great. Jay made a suggestion regarding the change in colour of shingles from what we had, and I was unsure, but after it was done I was more than pleased.
