We had Joe Bodnar do three projects at our house. First a large renovation doing a finished basement. The workmanship was outstanding, whether it was the framing, drywall, taping, sanding, and painting. Price was very good too, and Joe worked seamlessly with all trades. The finished basement looks excellent! We then had him do a full fence replacement (picture shown) and tiling in our kitchen (picture shown). We intend to use him for some work at our cottage too! Highly recommended!

Nothing but positive things to say. George from Titan came by and give me an estimate to replace all the trim and baseboards in my house with custom mill work throughout. Price was fantastic and the work was 100% professional and looks awesome.

In planning my basement renovation I received estimates from 3 separate contractors. Sam at Golden Hand Reno offered the most competitive rate, and presented design ideas that the competitors never considered. The project from beginning to end was handled very professionally, including the establishment of a contract and payment instalments that reflected the amount of work completed. Sam was in regular communication with me and attended my home each morning to ensure the job was proceeding as planned, and that I was satisfied with the progress.
