Len renovated the complete interior of my house, as well as steam cleaned and painted the exterior, the deck and car port.
He did a superior job, and had design ideas and did many extras that completely transformed my home.

We would highly recommend Gridline Contracting. Don Slater and his crew did an amazing repair reno on our bathroom that suffered extensive water damage from a leaking toilet above it. Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning.
