I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common. We needed our porch repaired and also some interlocking fixed that had started to sag. As both of these had been done many years ago by a different company. When Cam came to do the quote he explained exactly how the repairs would be done and provided a written estimate. Once the work was started the work needed to fix the front porch was more than expected and took more time than quoted, but Cam didn't try to charge more. The job was done very well in a timely manner and at a high quality.

I went for the first time( February 09. 2024) at 9:45 am for my vehicle safety.
The experience was amazing, Ali took my car in right away and checked my car completely. He is very professional, respectful and knows what he is doing and advised for future maintenance.
At reception Naz was also very professional and courteous and helpful.
