Customer service at D&D Pools is fantastic! We were having an issue with a leak, called D&D for advice, Dennis showed up at our door within 3 minutes as he was working around the corner. Dennis gave my husband great advice, and said to give him a call anytime. How great was that!! This is not the first time, last year we had a floating liner issue, D&D arrived same day, full crew, fixed the issue that day. WOW! and the bill was "very reasonable". 10/10 for us. Great guys, great service.

Lets keep it short. These people know what there doing. Not a fly by night student fix it cheap pool repair company. IF you want your pool fixed by people who spent their entire lives just fixing pools. You just found a honest reliable company that cares about what they do. Stop shopping and call Brian.

I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

We purchased our house almost 30 years ago and the pool had been sadly neglected. We were very lucky to find Danny who arranged for the pool to be repaired and restored so that it was like new. He has been servicing our pool since then and he has never let us down. He is incredibly responsive and professional and is a pleasure to work with.

I contracted with Buoyline Pools and Services in 2024 to install a safety cover. Chris & his partner arrived with specialized equipment to take exact measurements & we ordered a cover. Ten days later Chris & more of his employees returned & got to work.
We have an amazing blue cover, flush with the ground & held in place by gold plated grumets. It's stellar.
Pool owners need to always do their due diligence & that's how we found this company!
