Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.

We have been taking our Freightliner truck there for years and have always received good service. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. I bought a 2007 Toyota Sienna from Ishmael and had a great experience. He was extremely forthright and knowledgeable about my vehicle and very patient and creative about finding a financing arrangement with me. He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle. There were a few minor issues we noticed shortly after we took ownership - but Ishmael fixed it all up, taking total responsibility. Very impressive. Highly reccomend

This is the best truck stop I’ve ever encountered. Free wifi. Television. Common area to eat and chill. Then was informed there were showers. Wow. Made me feel so welcome. Way beyond five stars ??. Very clean.
