I really like working with Farrell Agencies Ltd because they are a great local company that has a nice local feel to it. You feel a lot more comfortable than when you go into one of the large insurance agencies, you get that personal touch.

As a follow-up to my previous post, I was able to get in contact with a representative of Andrew Agencies in early 2017. We were able to come to a reasonable settlement and the matter is now resolved. Furthermore, from my understanding the broker that misled me at Andrew Agencies was let go, and a complaint against him was successful with the Insurance Council of Manitoba. In conclusion, I wish Andrew Agencies the best and am appreciative of the steps they have taken to rectify the situation.
