Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.
