Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Dr David Sharer was my denturist when he was in Oshawa. I came all the way from Oshawa just to see him, as I needed a relining of my upper denture. He did, as usual, an amazing job. We called Wolf Plumbing to help us with a persistent leak under our kitchen sink that we could not identify. They came that same evening (after hours) promptly identifing and resolving the problem. I did not catch the name of the young gentleman that arrived, but he was polite and professional. We will be recommending this service in the future.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.
