Brett from Evergreen plumbing is the best plumber in the lower mainland hands down ! He was recommended by a mutual friend and I could not be happy with the work that he did. The plumbing to convert my unfinished basement into suite was without a doubt the most difficult and complex part of the renovation. Brett came in and did amazing work, he’s loves what he does and it shows. He’s also the kind of guy you are fine with leaving in your house all day and when you come home the job is done!

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

Our furnace decided to quit right in the middle of a cold snap, and Angels was a lifesaver. From the first call to the final check, they were incredibly professional. He was reliable, honest and prepared for the job. Furthermore, he had the forms ready when he told us about the promotion that Fortis had with water heaters. This allowed us to apply for the credit. This saved us money.
He did a great job and he wasn't asking for an arm and a leg for the installation. Highly recommended.

We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!

Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. A few weeks later I hired another technician from Best to do my vent cleaning and I think this photo speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend these guys!

I recently have had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Mike I had received a phone call offering furnace servicing, although they were kind on the phone and the special was good I declined there offer. Until recently when my furnace light went out and i had no heat. I got in contact with them and they offered to come out for free and diagnose the problem. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home they took off there shoes and put shoe covers over their socks. It turns out my pilot light had burnt out and they suggested having the furnace serviced which i agreed as it hadnt been done in sometime. They cleaned everything, nothing like the cleaning my furnace had received a few years prior.Like i said on there customer comment card I would definitely recommend Mike and peter to anyone. :)

From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them.
