Great customer service! My only issue was that I had a 10:15 am appointment and still waited over an hour to get seen.I had parked on Ontario Street, only a minute away, 30 minute parking and I was stressed out that my car was going to get ticketed. There is paid parking, by a high rise, in a lot just down Ontario St., left side. It would only take 2 minutes to get to 30 Duke.That would be the best place to park so as not to get ticketed if there is a long wait.
