Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

Based on the service provided Tow All Inc. Is undoubtedly the best out there. As CAA affiliate these guys provide service excellence. Prompt service and their serviceman Chris Davis was very pleasant. I needed a tire change along CR-45 at 8:30 PM and Chris got to us in 30 minutes. Thank you very much.

I came across Dean The Kia Dude quite by chance. I had my previous car less than a year and the head gasket went in it. My mom was tired of me driving her car, so I stopped in one day after work. On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! Guys, girl (and the pups) were very nice and made me feel welcome! I recommend everyone take there vehicle there for a job well done. Thanks :)
