Mike and his team have done work for us on two occasions now. Once to renovate/re-sod our front yard (2019) and build a deck (2020). Both occasions the work was of excellent quality, the team worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use them again.

From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors. Rod Densmore built a 36x72 ft. ICF home for me in 2006, on the golf course in Stewiacke, and he and his crew did a fantastic job. The house was a large bungalow on heated slab. I would absolutely employ Rod again for a new ICF house. Gary White

Clearly the one star rater has never had Dennis do work for him. New Age has completed several renovation projects for us, and always provided top quality work. Dennis is not the least expensive contractor I have worked with, but the only contractor that other trades have praised for the fine workmanship.
