I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

Mike did a great job. He came over shortly after we phoned, climbed up on the roof & then explained exactly what needed to be done. He fixed the problem right away & we are so pleased with the results.We would definitely recomend him to our friends.

Dominic and Terry were excellent. Quality of work and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. They came in did work far beyond our expectations for the final result. Hard workers, very clean (never left a mess behind), very efficient, the time estimate they provide is very accurate and the quality of their work is hard to beat. We will definitely call them again in the future. Only complaint is that they don't specialize in other areas because I'd get them to do ALL my renovations!

The crew were friendly, and polite, and went to my neighbours to ensure they knew any cleanup of shingles and nails would be done, and it was fastidiously. They were great. Jay made a suggestion regarding the change in colour of shingles from what we had, and I was unsure, but after it was done I was more than pleased.

We hired Super Roofers because our roof was old and badly in need of repair. David Reay and his crew responded quickly and we are sure prevented further damage and possible leaks. During the replacement of our roof the weather started to turn sour, but they managed the repair promptly. We highly recommend Supper Roofers to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Very happy with the service. There were timely, cleaned up well after job was done, and gave a formal certificate of warranty… very professional. Greg and his team at Doucette Roofing were total professionals -- meeting us first to confirm the scope of work and access, scheduling the work (and actually making those dates) and then over a 3 day period they completed the demolition, made some unexpected roof repairs, installed the new roof and completed all of the finishing details, including flashing and eavestroughs. There is no sign now that they were even here, except for a fantastic new roof!
