I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

Just driving by when Randy noticed that we were missing two shingles and that the wood underneath was exposed. He then pointed it out to us and sure enough, we were. He offered to replace the two missing shingles and it was super cheap. The whole situation was really random but amazing.
The roof wasnt in horrible shape. Just missing two shingles from the last windstorm. We werent scammed into replacing the whole thing. He called exactly what it needed and fixed just that.

Royal Waterproofing is an efficient basement waterproofing service provider that did a great job preventing our spring flood this year. Great bunch of guys. They were very approachable and friendly. Cleanup was like they were never here at all. All the lines were clean and straight. They used all the required underlayments, drip edges, etc. and i saved a few hundred dollars. 10 out of 10.
