We hired Alvarez Roofing for our home back in 2008. We needed to replace some of the plywood on the roof deck, get new shingles as well as deal with a sunroom which was leaking and had a very low slope. When we got our quote they explained everything clearly and gave us options that suited our needs. We were thrilled with the results and as a bonus the sunroom is much quieter now. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with solid workmanship!

Burlington Roofing just replaced all shingles on our house and we were extremely pleased, They were on time. Worked from 8am to 3pm without a break or lunch break. Very knowledgeable and polite. Price was in line with all other contractors, maybe even a little less. If you are looking for someone who cares about the job they do and takes pride in their work, call Bob at Burlington Roofing. This is an excellent roofing company. They arrived on time, were polite and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything perfectly and they were the best price of the 5 quotes I got. They don't speak much English but Nancy in the office is great and can be an interpreter if you need one. Highly recommend them.

The metal roof has not only given my home a completely new look but has added insulation value. For the last 2 summers I barely turn on the air conditioning, just leave the windows open, and sometimes turn on the ceiling fans. The service was excellent. The installers arrived a few days before the install and took the measurements. The work was completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I feel I got good value and have no regrets.

We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!
The workmanship was excellent, the budget was accurate and they even added a few things.
This job required attaching a new building to an old one. Many elements ... all done well!
