If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Excellent Service and very professional. . We love the personal touch they give to each customer. We purchased new Hunter Douglas Blinds from Hang and Shine and also used them for window cleaning. Everything about this company is highly professional. They did the job on time and on budget with no hidden surprises. Our windows look great and the new blinds look awesome. Excellent Dentist and the staff at Fort Langley Dental are very friendly and professional. Would strongly recommend Dr. Sedaghat as he does excellent work, is very detailed and explains clearly what work needs or doesn't need to be done. Very happy with the service I have received.

Best dentist I have ever been to in my 40+ years. He is ultimately patient, and will take as much time as necessary. I have never had a dentist inject the freezing as slow as this one, but it makes it absolutely painless. I highly recommend this dentist!

I have been going to Maple Ridge Physio and Pain clinic since 2007, Edwin and David are very knowledgeable and supportive. They offer a wide range of treatmenta and their Kinesiology team is great as well. This is the only place I will go when I have an injury or pain, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Schumacher is amazing.
He kept me from going on disability! I have severe arthritis in my left ankle. I need an injection every 6 months to keep it pain free. Thanks to covid-19 RCH is backed up 1 year on CT guided subtalar injections. Dr. Schumacher did it quickly and painlessly.
No more pain when I walk all day on my job. Thank you Doctor Schumacher !!

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable.
