My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. I am a different person and I couldn't have gotten here without Mark!

Thank you Royal Square Dental for the treatment you did with my periodontal problem, I don’t have nightmares anymore. I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Excellent Service and very professional. . We love the personal touch they give to each customer. We purchased new Hunter Douglas Blinds from Hang and Shine and also used them for window cleaning. Everything about this company is highly professional. They did the job on time and on budget with no hidden surprises. Our windows look great and the new blinds look awesome. I have been going to Maple Ridge Physio and Pain clinic since 2007, Edwin and David are very knowledgeable and supportive. They offer a wide range of treatmenta and their Kinesiology team is great as well. This is the only place I will go when I have an injury or pain, I highly recommend them!
