I had a new crown affixed to tooth 37, a molar at the bottom left of my mouth in September/October 2020. Dr. John Keyes of Vancouver Island Prosthodontics performed this procedure. I found him to be a highly trained, careful, gentle and most excellent prosthodontist. He was very patient, explained every step of the procedure as he went thought the process and most patient with all my questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this prosthodontist! He is the best in the business.

My family visits Harbour city dental hygienist for more then 5 years. We have three little children who adore their favourite dental hygienist Heather Cooper. Repeat customer; went back here from the other side of town. Dan has been great to deal with. The younger guy who is the top agent on the Island is great too. No BS explanations and somewhere to actually sit down! Need a better stock of cases though guys!

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

I am a long time client. We know Doctor Serge, Our Dentist, for well over 10 years.
My children grew into their teen years under the trusted professional care of Dr. Serge and warm attention of his kind-spirited assistants. We travel from the North Shore to see particularly him for looking after our teeth and hygienist Ofelia for the teeth cleaning.
