If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Excellent Service and very professional. . We love the personal touch they give to each customer. We purchased new Hunter Douglas Blinds from Hang and Shine and also used them for window cleaning. Everything about this company is highly professional. They did the job on time and on budget with no hidden surprises. Our windows look great and the new blinds look awesome. Best dentist I have ever been to in my 40+ years. He is ultimately patient, and will take as much time as necessary. I have never had a dentist inject the freezing as slow as this one, but it makes it absolutely painless. I highly recommend this dentist!
