I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. I haven't purchased yet but I have spoken to Mesh on multiple occasions about the best areas to purchase, advise on developments, financing, prices, etc. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, and great to deal with. I have been going to Maya for about 6 years now. I look forward to the treatments as I always feel so relaxed during and after. Maya has a gift for nurturing and healing the whole individual. The facial treatments rejuvenate the skin and the underlaying facial musculature resulting is a more youthful appearance. I travel 2 1/2 hours each way for my treatments. She is that good!
