I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me. In fact, he even recommended particular styles of Nike and Adidas. Definitely a cool doctor! I’ve been wearing my orthotics for 6 months, and have noticed a difference!

I have been going to Maya for about 6 years now. I look forward to the treatments as I always feel so relaxed during and after. Maya has a gift for nurturing and healing the whole individual. The facial treatments rejuvenate the skin and the underlaying facial musculature resulting is a more youthful appearance. I travel 2 1/2 hours each way for my treatments. She is that good!
