Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

You can tell that he is a car guy, that enjoys working on cars. My experience hands down was the best mechanic shop i have been to. Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

When Kal Tire took half a week to tell me they wouldnt fix my u-joint/axle-shaft I reached out to the auto clinic. They got me in and out in a day and back on the road to move camps in the middle of my tree-planting season. Thank you!
