Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

Could not ask for better service. Even during peak busy fall work, he got my truck in and fixed the same day I got him the part. Dwayne runs a first class operation. Place is neat and clean, service is professional and competent and at about $100 an hour shop rate very fairly priced. They also charge reasonable hours for the work. Would highly recommend anyone wanting repairs done to go there. Would use them regularly if I lived anywhere near Spirit River.

These are the most honest and caring people. They go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable. I know from experience that they have even gone so far as to transport drivers/families to Grande Prairie or Edmonton at no charge to get them home while their vehicle was disabled.

for front end work, brakes, and drive train work i would not go anywhere else. Bruce is an excellent mechanic, and very fair with his pricing. When there is work out of his scope, he always recommends someone. Great little shop!!!
