This shop is amazing. Our vehicle had engine trouble at 9West on our way back to Vancouver and Scott did not hesitate to pick us up and tow our vehicle. He even brought his van as we are a group of 7 in our van. No shop would do that and not so many people would extend a helping hand and show true hospitality for tourist like us who visited Drumheller for the first time.
No words can express how grateful we are to Scott. We are back in Vancouver safely and we did enjoy our stay in Drumhe

I was buying a used car, and took it in for an inspection and recommendation.
After a road test, and some shop inspection for the overall used car safety inspection,
Murray at North Hill Services suggested the probable solution to a problem, that the
previous owner had been unable to have diagnosed at other garages, and at the dealer.
The job was completed on schedule and to the quoted price.
And - the problem was cured.
Also - Very clean shop - an indication of professionalism.

Zimm Auto repaired my Durango with an A.C problem and oil in the radiator. After he diagnosed the problem he kept me informed on a daily basis and sent pictures of his progress. He is honest, thorough and proud of his work. There were some glitches but not once did he say it is an unrelated problem.
I strongly recommend ZIMM AUTO for repairs and alignments.

had to bring a Dodge Stealth in for a flex pipe repair recently. I was quoted 200-250 which I thought was reasonable, and when the job was done I was pleasantly surprised to discover the bill was less than 200! I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly
