Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
