My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. I had my suv in for an oil change and check the brakes ( 3 months earlier I had my back brakes done and Steve said then that I will Need the fronts brakes done later) Steve checked them and said they are good until Jan. We have used Havelock Auto for a number of years for a variety of services. We always found Paul and his staff helpful and accommodating. Our cottage is on Round Lake in Havelock. Whenever possible we try to wait until we get to Havelock to get our cars serviced. It is much cheaper than the city and we have always been happy with the work they have done.
I would strongly recommend Havelock Truck and Auto.
